Privacy Policy

This policy describes how WhatHub collects, uses and protects your data. In short: we collect the minimum needed to run the product, we don't sell your data, and you can request export or deletion at any time.

Data we collect

• Account: name, email and password (encrypted), profile photo if you upload one.
• Business data: products (name, cost, price, stock), live sessions and sales you record.
• Subscription: plan status and Stripe identifiers. We never see or store your card number — payment is processed entirely by Stripe.
• AI assistant commands: messages you send to Ask AI are processed by an AI provider to execute the requested action.

Where your data lives

• Supabase — database and authentication (each user can only access their own data, enforced at the database level).
• Stripe — payments and subscriptions.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Resend — transactional email (account confirmation, password reset).
• NVIDIA — AI assistant command processing.

What we do NOT do

• We don't sell or rent your data to third parties.
• We don't use your sales data for anything beyond showing you your own reports.
• We don't send marketing without consent.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage to keep your session active and store preferences (language, assistant chat state). We don't use third-party tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or permanent deletion of your data at any time via whathubsupport@gmail.com. Account deletion removes your products, sessions, sales and profile data.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll notify you by email or in-app before the change takes effect.
