Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-06

By creating a WhatHub account you agree to these terms. They exist to make clear what you can expect from us — and what we expect from you.

1. The service

WhatHub is a profit-tracking tool for live sellers: product records, sessions, sales, reports and an AI assistant. The service is provided "as is" and evolves continuously — features may be added, changed or removed.

2. Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for actions taken in your account.
  • Accounts are individual — don't share credentials.
  • You must be 18 or older (or legally authorized) to use the service.

3. Subscription and payment

  • Access is subscription-based (monthly or annual) with the trial period shown at checkout, processed by Stripe.
  • You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for; there's no prorated refund of the current period.
  • If renewal fails or is canceled, app access is suspended after the paid period ends. Your data is not deleted because of that.
  • Prices may change; changes apply only from the next renewal, with prior notice.

4. Your data

The data you record (products, sales, sessions) is yours. We process it according to the Privacy Policy. You can export it or request deletion at any time.

5. Acceptable use

  • Don't use the service for illegal activity, fraud, or attempts to access other users' data.
  • Don't intentionally overload the platform (API abuse, aggressive automation).
  • The AI assistant acts on your own data at your command — review important actions; corrections are always available in History.

6. Limitation of liability

WhatHub is a management support tool — the numbers shown depend on the data you record. We're not liable for business decisions made based on the reports, nor for temporary unavailability of the service or third-party platforms.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible.

8. Contact and governing law

Questions: whathubsupport@gmail.com. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
